    Try in from a different angle. Their is water damage done to your house ? Worth a phone call to your house insurance company for a claim they might put pressure on the supplier to lighten the claim.

    Even better ring an independent insurance assessor for advice. Most will callout for free.

    Perhaps the jacuzzi could be class as an appliance since it has moving parts.Appliances are covered under some insurance polices.
