08 Toyota Avensis Creaking Clutch

Hi Guys, just looking for some info, every now and again I get a creaking noise when from the clutch when changing gear. It wouldn't be everyday. Also it seems to happen when I first get into the car, for example it wouldn't happen while I'm driving along.

Is it when you depress the pedal ? Pedals can creak at the master cylinder seal, give it a dart of WD40 up at the pedal while pressing it down with your hand, should do the trick!
