i know it says 15 november for self assesment income tax, but realistically i think last year it was the 18, anyone know when it will come out this year?

Some will happen on 15 November, most on 16 November, and the rest next week.

If you don't actually file the return until after about 5.00pm tomorrow there's no way Revenue can get the money until Friday at the earliest.
