Incorrect Bill

    Hi,

    I've moved to Airtricity and received two letters from Electric Ireland. One welcomes me and thanks me for choosing them which is obviously incorrect. The other is a bill from September 29th - October 30th which has an incorrect night-meter reading and also requests a €300 security deposit. Can you confirm you have received my instruction to move to Airtricity and that I'm not liable for the deposit/incorrect meter reading?
