Anyone know how much it would cost for an English person to go to college here, roughly?

Fees wise, it's the same as for Irish students as an English student is still an EU citizen and you have to treat all EU citizens the same so they would just pay the registration fee so what €3000 or so?

    Acccomodation/living expenses etc., don't know.

So just to clarify, if someone (21 year old if that makes a difference) from England moves to Ireland and wants to go to college here they can do whatever course they want (provided they meet the entry requirements) for the same fees as an Irish national?

Yep, providing they haven't already completed an undergraduate degree previously.
