summer is great, dry, nice for a spin in the evenings, but winter.....oooohh i hate the frost!

I know a house (offaly) where there is a bike out the front in the open porch for at least 8 years, with an old rug over it. hasnt moved summer or winter. My dad went in and asked was it for sale by any chance, the guy said no and that was that. its still there! im sure someone else knows where it is too!

some people dont ride or insure their bikes over the winter, so where do you put it? spare room, the ensuite, or a friends shed?!

so what do you do for the winter??

Normally it's just at the side of the house with a cover thrown over it, as I use it every day. At the minute it's in my dad's garage as I need to rebuild it after an accident. But usually, I just leave it outside as I don't have any other option.

Same as me, use it probably 200 out of the 250 working days in a year, the remainder are usually days that I know i'm going out on the beer

Outside covered in WD40, I don't use a cover because they attract spiders and I'm terrified of the little feckers :o
