HiThe circuit board on my heater broke and the plumber told me that it would take a week for a new part to be ordered. He then came to fix it and blew a fuse. Again he said it would take a week to get a new fuse.He said that the supplier that he deals with is based in Bray and that he only gets deliveries of parts once a week. I'm just wondering does anyone know if this is correct or not. Afraid I don't have the name of the supplier

Ask you plumber for the size and type of fuse. Pop down to electrical supplier and get a 1/2 dozen of them. Do not fit it yourself in case their are other issues with your appliance.
In most cases fuses do not blow for no reason.

Assuming this a gas boiler, if the pcb was blown, and he blew a fuse, there could be another issue that is blowing the fuse and the pcb. If it takes a week to get a fuse, get another RGI.

If this is not a gas boiler, ignore what I said!!!
