Morphy richards jet stream elite steam generator iron. Rather than steam coming out of the little steam hole yokes o the iron, it's leaking water.
Checked leaflet and Internet and can't find anything.
Any suggestion? Or just new iron?
It's not from overuse either, iron once a month for a few hours

Have you been decalcing it on a regular basis. ( Usually a stopper on the base that you have to remove when iron cold , pour a small amount of water into and shake to remove the calcium build up and then pour out the grime.)

If you live in a hard water area it needs to be done more oftern on a regular basis ie once a week/ forthnight or after 10 hours use approx.

Check the manual and see if they recommend using a chemical descaler.
