if you're into more recent cinema releases rather than having a large and varied back catalogue then now tv looks good

a bit more expensive but still i'd get it because their catalogue looks impressive

the question is when is this coming to Ireland, Sky have been saying for a while that it is imminent

spotify was launched today in Ireland, and with now tv on its way, looks like we are slowly but surely making our way in the digital age at last

will people be getting this and does anybody have info on when it will be launched here?

Now TV is launching in Ireland in the "very near future" according to this.

Now TV is quite a bit more expensive than Netflix. £15 versus £5.99 for Netflix in the UK. And while the catalogue contains some more recent titles, it's also a lot smaller than Netflix's. Quality seems to be SD only at the moment as well.

Unless it is available via PS3 and XBOX 360 then I wouldn't be interested. I am sure there are many who think the same

Personally I thin Netflix is great. Perfect price point and the catalogue is huge.

i realise Now TV has more up to date films but the sub is just too much compared to Netflix, which already has weeks of stuff I will watch.

More than enough content on the various Netflix's to keep me happy for a year or more so won't be switching anytime soon.
