This is anecdotal as I've never tried this myself but I've been told from a few different people that methylated spirits works well for toughening up the skin on feet.

Other than that try walking around barefoot as much as possible.

Firstly I'll correct you just in case it might come up somewhere else. It's Tae Kwon Do. I'm not being an arse just helping you out.

Secondly I had a similar problem when I started way back when but it's something that will just get easier with time. It's similar to learning to play giutar. Your fingers are nearly bleeding at first but as soon as you build up a callas it gets easier. Walking around bare foot on hard surfaces can help or even taking long walks with shoes/boots.

    tea know do ?

That takes the biscuit for bad spelling :-P

To answer your question, soaking your feet in warm salty water also works at toughening up your skin.

I think the spelling may be down to the spellchecker on an iPhone or similar!

Op, the best advice is that this will get easier with time as your feet toughen up. There are a few things such as those listed above that will help in the interim. Personally I've found just walking around barefoot to be a help. Nothing will give 100% relief though but if you stick with it it gets better. Meantime just take care of your feet after classes, soak them in warm water at night etc.

    no easy way really.

as mentioned walk bare foot at home as much as possible.

when I started I had similar problems with my feet, I was told by a few old school martial artists that pissing on you feet in the shower helps toughen up the skin. tried it a few times, cant say for sure if it helped or not tbh.

There's no need to go soaking your feet in unpalatable fluids. Just keep them clean, make sure you don't pick up any infections in your blisters/grazes and eventually they will toughen up on their own.
