Hi guys, I've a project to do in my Sociology lecture for college. Basically the topic is discrimination. My question is can someone explain to me in lay man terms - What is "Structural Discrimination"? I'm part of a group and the other two members have Personal and Cultural discrimination to expand on. I can't get my head…

Hi guys,

I've a project to do in my Sociology lecture for college. Basically the topic is discrimination. My question is can someone explain to me in lay man terms - What is "Structural Discrimination"? I'm part of a group and the other two members have Personal and Cultural discrimination to expand on. I can't get my head around the Structural aspect at all. Any help is much appriacted.... P.S. The discrimination we are focusing in on is the elderly and ageism in the workplace.
