    Hi guys,

I've a project to do in my Sociology lecture for college. Basically the topic is discrimination. My question is can someone explain to me in lay man terms - What is "Structural Discrimination"? I'm part of a group and the other two members have Personal and Cultural discrimination to expand on. I can't get my head around the Structural aspect at all. Any help is much appriacted.... Thanks in advance.

P.S. The discrimination we are focusing in on is the elderly and ageism in the workplace.
