    Hi there

New to this area as my partner and I have only decided recently that we would like to build a house in the next year or so. We have not applied for planning permission yet but I was just wondering if someone could give me a heads up on a few querys! firsty I was wondering if there is much possibility of building a two storey house that will sit between a bungalow and a dormer/storey and a half. There are two storey dwellings on the opposite side of the road but I wasnt sure if that would make a difference. Also my partners family home is the bungalow that we plan to build beside, will our house have to run paralell to it or can we place ours further back for a longer drive? Any advice would be much appreciated! Thanks! smile.png

its all possible. But every location/ site is different. Seek advice from a local at architect . Best of luck.
