Cleaning Keyboard Keys

This is more a computer problem in general, but I'm posting in the laptop section as laptop keys are harder to remove and clean/replace.

I have a HP Elitebook here, whose letterred keys aren't as white as they used to be. As far as I can see, the paint isn't just worn, it's also slighlty dirty.

I can still see the keys OK, but it can be annoying at times as they're not as clear as they could be.

I don't plan on keeping the laptop for much longer than a year, so has anyone got a cheap simple fix, or way to clean the keys?

    Thanks
    Kev

Well I doubt its cleaning that's needed, letters need to be printed on again but never heard of anyone doing it. You can get a replacement keyboard but might cost a bit to put in.

go to 2 euro shop ,get glasses or tv screen, cleaning fluid, use that,
Clean the keyboard ,then dry off with dry cloth.use a small amount ,soaked into a cloth.just enough to clean, you dont want it seeping into
    motherboard.
make sure its dry, wiped off keys before you power on laptop.just rub each key with the cloth ,one by one.
