Stay-cation

Hi,
I am looking to rent somewhere unique for the weekend in November for myself and the fella. Just wondering if there is anything unique out there - lighthouses, thatched roof cottages etc. I have checked airbnb but wanted to check prices with elsewhere.
Don't have a car so needing somewhere i can get to from Dublin via bus or local taxi....
Anyone been away somewhere romantic and quiet?

Check out Cape Clear Island, off Baltimore in West Cork. I spent a lovely quiet romantic Christmas there a few years ago. It should be quiet in November

We stayed here in May. Beautiful spot and easily accessible from Dublin by public transport.

We stayed in the Garden cottage, which was lovely. I'd happily recommend it to anyone.
