    Hi there,

I'm just wondering what websites you guys use (if any) to upload your photo's and get orders through, which is cheapest and most user friendly?

    Any advice greatly appreciated.

    Thanks,

    Lou

I use zenfolio. works out about €100 a year for website and domain.

Also use Zenfolio - link is in my signature below if you want to see what the gallery system etc is like.

You can use this referral code if you end up signing up, it'll give you 10% off your subscription, and I think I get something like 5% back for referring you: BDF-UGH-M7A

    thanks for the recommendations guys.

I just had a quick look through the Zenfolio pages and am I right in saying that if you pay the €100 you still have to pay them a % of your sales through the website?

Yes that's right, they take a small percent of the profit from your sale (after print costs). I think if you sign up to their 150 euro plan you can self fulfil orders without paying over any percentage, but I could be wrong.

There's loads of options- smugmug, zenfolio.
    Zenfolio looks very good.
Some plugins that you can use if you have your own site.
For Wordpress sites you can use fotomoto (it adds a buy link to every photo you add if you want)
I use Ecwid plugin, it's free and very easy to set up. this is my 'Buy Print' page.
I looked into the different options but decided to go with a free one and if I get many sales then could consider moving to a more extensive one. (I get a lot of views to the page but still tumble weed though in sales even though prints are €12.50 for 12" by 8" with free worldwide delivery. )
