P60/proof of income

I know this is a bit of a silly question but I have been googling to no avail. If someone is on D.A(long term) what is the equivalent of a P60? My partner needs to supply proof of income to apply for something and we have no idea what form to get instead or where to ring.

    Thanks.

Usually you need to go into your local office and ask them to supply up to date info on your income. You will need your DA claim number and some id.
