Tapas Bar change of use

Work proceeding on Tapas Bar. Any idea as to what the plans are. I figure Robinsons is expanding but nobody can confirm if this is the case. Would be a welcome pit-stop in the town as Robinsons can be very uncomfortable when crowds arrive
