    Hi

I have a Grasslin QE7+ Timer which now only woks on boost. The red light comes on when it's on timer but it doesn't heat the water.

I want to have a look inside but embarrassingly can't see how to remove the cover. Anyone know how?

    Thanks a mil

i would say that the immersion itself is possibly faulty(thermostat or overheat trip has activated)
its the bottom immersion, the top one is for boost
sometimes you can reset without taking cover off

thanks to billy bunting for this pic of location of overheat trip(with cover removed)
arrow indicates(push a pencil/pen onto red button until it clicks)

turn power off if you are going near it
