I wouldnt think so as long as you body is used to it , and your not running when injured etc.

    No.
But I wouldn't get out of bed for 3k :)
And you have to be sensible about it - don't go from 3/4 days a week to 7, build it up gradually, and don't be afraid to take a rest day sometimes.

As long as every run has a purpose running every day is perfectly fine.

There are benefits to running every day as it helps with bloodflow which in turn can transport nutrients to a muscle to aid recovery better than a complete day off.

However as I stated have a purpose to every run. If your body needs recovery run much slower than usual and sometimes we just need mental break and in this case a day off can help.

The one trap that people can fall into however is running for the sake of it when they are ill / injured. Like running for the sake of it, taking a day off for the sake of it to can impeded improvement also depending on your level of commitment.
