radio listening on sky

need some help up to a week or so i used to listen to bbc radio 2 on sky through my tv [better surround sound] but when i tried to listen to day no signal i have changed nothing ? the frequencies i used are 10.802,v.22000.5/6 and 11.954,h,27500,2/3 any suggestions before i ring sky

Nothing to do with Sky as it's FTA and not part of your package.

FEC: 5/6

So I guess you had the wrong parameters.

A cheap FTA box is easier to use for channels not on Sky EPG.

Some Sky boxes can be persuaded to switch to UK EPG.
