    Hi,
Can someone tell me with info would be included in a "Grant of Probate" and is it worth getting a copy? I'm talking circa 1910's - 1960's, incase the style or info changed over the period.
    Thanks

The grant of probate will detail the name/address of deceased, a summary of beneficiaries and the amount of the estate. If you go into the National Archives, you will get all that in the relevant year calendar which are on open access. If it's a Dublin will, more may not have survived 1922.
