Asus Laptop for ~€900

Hey guys, I've been looking at a few Asus laptops to replace my overheating Acer, and these two have stood out so far:

    http://www.asuslaptop.co.uk/proddetail.php?prod=N56VJ-S4031H

    http://www.elara.ie/productdetail.aspx?productcode=ECE2379030

The latter one has a faster CPU as far as I can tell, but overall the N56VJ has better specs. For some reason, Asus don't have the N56VJ listed as a product on their website - is this a bad sign?

Also, has anyone used Asuslaptop.co.uk before? Are they any good?
    Thanks! :pac:

edit: Oops, I should probably mention that the laptop will be mainly used for college stuff (programming, HTML and some very light 3D rendering) but I'd also like to be able to play a bit of Skyrim on medium-ish settings if at all possible (the GPU should be up to scratch, according to notebookcheck.net).
