Including VAT around €60/90 and remember the isolation valve needs to be removed and the pipe capped. Capping the pipe after the valve is not acceptable.

as 'new pipework test with the meter removed' then as per annex e as an existing installation and let by test, and pipework completely removed from the builders opening.
