Just watched this film on Netflix & loved so many things about it, especially the one-take fight scene in the corridor. There is a massive plot-hole though,
he was set-up as if he killed his wife & went on the run, but his daughter at any stage during her life didn't know her fathers name? Surely she would have heard or asked at some stage

    Anyways, still a great film.

Been a long time since i've watched it but
Were both of them not hypnotised regularly?

    EDIT:
Yeah just googled, the bad guy raised his daughter in secret and hypnotised them both to fall in love, so the daughter never knew who her real father was..

Great film but the weakest of the three vengeance movies to me. Takes a lot of leaps in logic to get its point across where the other two movies are a lot more naturalistic and thoughtful.

Still my favorite trilogy ever though.

I watched Sympathy For Mr. Vengeance but I didn't really enjoy it. I'm going to have to give it another watch, might have been too tired or something.

Don't think I finished Lady Vengeance.

Oldboy is brilliant though. Thinking that millions are going to go to watch this poor looking remake and never watch the original masterpiece is very sad :(.
