Sim ordered online, how to port number?

    I ordered an emobile sim online and asked for my number to be ported over. I filled in my number, account number etc, sent the documentation, and today my sim arrived. With a new number. Anyone got any ideas where I go from here? I'm working all weekend and can't get to a shop or onto customer care. Basically just wondering if there's something obvious I'm missing?

    Cheers. Yeah I discovered that just before you posted. Unfortunately the security code they have to send to my phone to ensure I own it doesn't seem to be sending. Also wondering why I need to do this again when I've already given them all the information. Oh well, I'm sure it'll work at some stage.
