What worries me is that they are talking about a private deal.....these clandestine applies only for Ireland behind private doors ad hoc deals have not gone well for us.

The ESM has a framework.....a publicly acknowledged deal.....this is the thought process of the bank guarantee all over again.

Who knows WHO they could sell these banks to it could end up being some of the people they had to bailout.

With a private deal there is little or no accountability.

It is a dangerous strategy and to be honest some of the same names we bailed out could end up benefiting.

There needs to be a framework of rules put in place for the deal and the people left running these banks.

His whole argument was the ESM is not suited to running banks.......so that is a vote of confidence for the spanish then

Europe has nothing to worry about .
