Anyone willing to answer a couple of questions on their career path? Carrying out a study as part of HR and would greatly appreciate anyone who could give a few minutes to answer!

    Job title:

    1) In your current position, what are your main roles and responsibilities?
    2) What qualifications or training would you consider to be advantageous or necessary in order to succeed in your current position?
    3) What previous roles enabled you to progress to your current position?
    4) What would you consider to be the most rewarding area of your current position?
    5) What are the main challenges you face?
    6) Would you consider your current position to be target driven?
    7) How does your current position impact on your lifestyle? Physically/financially/emotionally/intellectually
    8) Do you feel your position is well suited to your personality/interests/strengths and values?
    9) If there was one thing you could change about your job what would it be?
    10) Who or what would you consider to be your biggest motivators/motivation?
    11) What advice would you give someone wishing to pursue a similar role?
    12) In an ideal situation, what would you like to be doing in five years’ time?
