    Hi all,

I recently set up a new paypal account, and have bought and paid for stuff off it no problem. It is unverified - but as you know this allows a certain amount of transactions anyway. (which has in NO way been reached!)

I recently sold two things, and my ebay says Im awaiting payment and my paypal has no record of anything recieved etc. Both buyers however are saying that they are seeing their payments as unclaimed.

I cant find anything on ths issue - My paypal is as normal, as if nothings been happening.

    Any ideas?

Check to make sure the email address they sent the payments is your email address, they might have mistype it when sending also check in ebay they ebay account is linked correctly to paypal. On ebay Go to, My Ebay, Account, Paypal Account,

    you should see somehting like:
    What else can you do?

View and update your PayPal user preferences on eBay.
Your eBay account is linked with your PayPal account: a...z@mail.com Remove link
(Removing this link will make it more difficult to buy items from sellers who require confirmed PayPal accounts).

EDIT: if money is unclaimed I think they have the option to cancel the request.
