Ok, my wife just did our xmas shopping. I can verify this promotion DOES NOT include video games.

Handy. My brother picked out the toys for the kids for Christmas, gave me the reservation code and I went and collected them. Easiest Christmas shopping experience for the Nephews and Nieces EVER! :D

Good one, phoned around and got three separate transactions to get 3 free toys, used the €5 for old toy exchange too (surplus Lego Sun from last week still in wrappers!)

What if they don't have toys in stock - e.g not in stock till Friday?

It's on until Tuesday so if the toy is out of stock until Friday, it's tough luck I'm afraid.

just reserved 3 toys for collection later.
price reduction wasnt included in the total price (nothing paid yet).

does it apply to all toys (even those that are reduced)??

Be careful to group AND PAY in 3s. I had 2 reservation numbers last night, stupidly paid in cash at the till, they put them all together, and because the transactions weren't seperate, I paid 5 quid more than I should have.... so group and pay in 3s, putting them together as close as possible in price ranges.

As for reserving online with no deduction, it will be deducted when you pay for it in store. Thank OP, still saved myself 46 quid.
