    what do ya think?

I think his PB of 2.09.28 is a much more impressive thing to note than the 103 sub 2.45s.

His "ran every day" record includes some hopping about on crutches for a mile straight after coming out of surgery. Not sure if that is impressive or foolish though.

Episode 55 and 56 (2nd part of the shows) have a great interview with Ron Hill. Like how he used to run to and from work everyday. How you were not allowed to drink water until 10 miles in a marathon and how record attempts were done with no fluids being drunk.
