Band Members Wanted

Hi, Ted here....i'm an aul fella, early 50's (dont look it, but that don't matter). Play drums, no Buddy Rich but I know myself around a paradiddle. Charlie Watts is no Buddy Rich, and he didn't do too badly.
I want to form a band, Blues based, but not specific to the Blues. I want Bass, Keyboards, Guitar, Vocals. Or a combination. Keyboards/Guitar, Bass/Guitar, doesn't matter. The Doors managed with no Bass, and even Led Zeppelin managed with no Bass at times (and they had a bassist).
I want a Bassist who knows what 'the one' means, I want a guitarist who's happy playing chords, or riffs, without the need to prove he can play 20 min solo. But most of all I want a vocalist who can sing as though thier life depended on it. Not a seudo American nasel put on vocal, but someone who can simply SING. Jack L can sing, so can Leonard Cohen, and Russell Watson, you get my drift, a singer, a crafter of song, who has a few people behind him to lend a bit of colour. If we ever do a gig, I want people to go away saying, 'Jeez, that was great' not 'He was a great guitarist' or 'that was a brilliant drum roll....
Male, female dont matter to me. The inportant thing is simply to have a bit of fun, do it for the love of it, and the reward is in the act itself.
I'm in Kildare, near Newbridge, I've a place to practise as well.
