Any Circuit or Spinning Classes in Sligo Town

    I have recently relocated to Sligo Town for work purposes and am looking for afternoon spinning or circuit classes that may be available. I've been to the Popeyes gym here in town, it's great but unfortunately they don't run any such classes. Does anyone know of any that may run during the week nights? Preferably in the town area as I don't have access to transport. Cheers.

    Tuesdays and thurdays at the sports complex. 7pm I think.

    There used to circuits on tues and thurs in the mercy school at 7pm and I'm pretty sure they do be on in merville centre as well
