    Hypothetical situation.

Company a subcontracts company b to provide a service to company c.

Company b provide people to fulfill service.

Company a provides service to company c via premises rented from company d.

Staff from company b suffer accident on premises of company d, and are injured and unable to work. Injury caused due to negligence of company d. in relation to physical facilities provided.

Who is liable here? Company b as there is master and servant relationship and at their direction their staff are carrying out duties and suffering an injury as a result?

Or company d due to their negligence?
