ESB OR Airtricity?

Hi everyone, I just moved to new apartment. I know my landlord is using Airtricity at moment. I am not sure if ESB OR Airtricity is cheaper? This is a one bed apartment only electricity. Whats the policy in ESB OR Airtricity?plsss.
