    Hi,

    Just wondering has anyone got any experience with an interview from An Post for the role of Clerk Retail. I have an interview next week and am trying to get some more info to prepare for the interview. If anyone has a job spec or any questions that they remember being asked.

    Look at retail in general. Good customer service, happy demeanor, able to deal with 'awkward customers' without calling the manager every five minutes. Always have real life examples; instead of I would ... Use I had this one woman and I did x and y because of z.

    Appearance is very important in retail - so dress up - you can't go too smart to a retail interview.
