    Hi.

Where is the best place to buy a pay as you go mobile phone in Cork? I want the most basic phone possible with a SIM card for a relative. Does she need to be there in the shop?

What is the procedure? It has been a very long time since I bought my mobile phone.

    Thanks.

Just go into VF, o2 etc and see what they have to offer.
You can see on their webpages what telephones each carry, mostly have new a flashy phones but you can find old models too.
Or get just the card and get a phone on adverts/donedeal/ebay etc.

Power city and Harvey Norman have basic models, with some being sim free so you can use with any network
