    She didn't really :)

A good question though, I see all these mothers putting their children's and babies photo's up on facebook, could one of these children press charges against their parents for putting their naked pictures on the web for everybody to see or even just their pictures.

Personally I think mothers shouldn't be doing it especially when the child has no say in the matter.

I know nothing about the upcoming child referendum but what if any rights would the child get against a mammy with a camera phone and a facebook account.

Why would there be an issue? People really take things to the ridiculous.

EDIT: okay sorry I saw the origonal tone of the post wasn't yours - appoligies. No I don't think there is anything wrong and I can;t see it being a violation of any laws as so many people do it. I'm open to correction, of course. If it's Jimmy Saville you're worried about he's dead, and the problem generally is blown out of all proportion.

The decisions of the parent of minors are presumed to be in the best interests of that minor in the absence of evidence to the contrary

So a mother shouldn't put pics up on Facebook just to be safe.
I do agree with the op on this one
