Applying for a court order

    I have to register a right of way, and wonder how to apply for a court order. The neighbour over whose property I have the easemant has not replied to my requests to agree that the right is there, so I have until Nov 30th to lodge maps with the courts.
    Is it possible to walk into the courts office and do this? Thanks.:confused:
