    i'm looking for a recommendation for ylod repair
    i'm out the country so will prob have to ship it

    I got mine fixed, herself left it on overnight. I decided to youtube it to see if there was a fix I could do.

    I did not believe this, when I saw it, but the comments on youtube meant I tried, and it worked.

    I stood mine up, and blew a hairdryer on the hottest setting in the back vents for 5 minutes, left it to cool for an hour, worked for about a month. Light came back, did it again, is going a bit longer now. I will get a new one for Christmas, but this might get you out of a bind.
