4th Provisional - Do I have to take lessons before test

    I'm on my 4th provisional licence , the first 3 were 2 year provisionals , this one is a 1 year provisional , someone told me that I have to take a mandatory 10 lessons before my test but wasn't sure whether it only applied to people on their 1st provisional , not people like me who are on 3rd/4th etc.

    Could someone clarify this for me?

    You are not required to take the mandatory lessons. However it is of course advisable to take a few lessons with a good instructor before the test
