    Hi all,

Partners and managers in my firm seem to care very much about our exam results? I just want to know the real reason behind it? Does it have something to do with chartered account Ireland regulations or a firm's reputation?

Of course they will want to know, it's a key indicator of how well you are likely to progress with the firm.
