    Hi,
well I was half expecting it, but due to the Clermont Carn "retune" we have lost the Saorview TV channels on our 2009 Panasonic TX-P42G10B
    (the old favourite here.....)

Getting UK Freeview/Terrestrial fine plus the Irish Radio channels, just no Saorview TV channels. Hopefully don't have to get a Saorview box for this yoke.....!!

Cheap 19" LG in the kitchen tunes into Saorview no problem, so suppose I'll have to look up the old G10B threads on "Hotel settings" to find a solution??Ho hum.....

I wonder how many calls Joe Duffy will get tomorrow asking if "RTE has ceased TV broadcasting???"......heehee

    Cheers
    Mick

You will have to carry out the hack on your TV. Unfortunately the spanners in Panasonic did something naughty with the software in that particular TV which can be bypassed to tune in the channels.

The hack is posted in this very forum. You need to follow the instructions carefully.
