Its not clear what you are looking for.
Are you looking for GNS3 labs specifically for the CCNA track?

If so, I suggest using GNS3 to setup some labs yourself and break / fix stuff.
You have to be willing to put the effort in.

I don't typically save the topology when I build mini labs.
