I have an issue with a phone,Samsung Galaxy S Advance.

In this magazine the Pay as you go for this phone 279.99 euro if I buy with 02.The other companies vodafone ,meteor.. all have prices
over 350 euro for this phone. Is there a mistake in the listed price?

I checked Carphonewarehouse.ie and 02.ie and couldn't even see that phone listed there.

Generally those prices are from listed price. The same thing happened with the Nokia Lumia 800. All of the other networks were offering it for around €400 while O2 were offering it for €200.

I'll have a look in work tomorrow. But if it says that in the magazine it should be possible, unless its a misprint.

Try ringing your local CPW and asking.

Generally they would be locked to O2 if you buy it on O2. Sometimes you can get lucky, but I wouldn't risk €280 on it.

Yeah there's plenty of shops scattered around cities that will unlock phones for a fee. However, unlocking your phone voids your warranty.

In my experience I've never had a problem with the warranty on an unlocked phone.
