I posted a thread here last week asking the same thing but didn't get any replies. I'm ordering one tomorrow so I'll let you know how I get on. I haven't seen any reviews of it yet on their forums, but most of their other laptops have good reviews so I'm gonna take the plunge.

I've noticed the battery has been upgraded recently to a 62.12WH version which gives up to 7 hours apparently so that's a bonus. Also, I've noticed some of the components prices have been fluctuating recently. For instance initially the samsung RAM was cheaper, then the Kingston and now the Samsung is back being cheaper again. Same thing with the intel and kingston SDDs, so just watch out for that. Either way it looks a great deal so I'm gonna give it a go.

Haven't decided whether I'm gonna go for the i5-3210m or i7-3632QM. I don't use too many labour intensive programmes but for an extra €100 the i7 gives nearly double the benchmark score which seems a pretty good deal....

Received mine last Saturday, what do you want to know about it? The spec is on the sticky on top of the page.

Oh any chance you can put up a few photos of it in real life or even a you tube vid? Just the build quality n look of it would be great

    Ok some pics,
The case is plastic with metal effect, smooth on the palm rests and like an extruded side finish on the cover and key area. There is some deflection on the keyboard when typing. Weight is 2.03kg. Battery is 11.1V 5600mA/h 62.16Wh.

Thanks very much. Its thick enough isnt it? are you happy with it

Yea pretty much, the case finish isn't as good as the XPS m1330 it replaces but to buy the top spec machine in the new dell xps 14 ultrabook was over €2.2k with some extended warranty, Given that this has twice the CPU rating as that would have and double the ram for 1k less approx. I'm happy enough. :D

On the thickness, I don't notice any differance in using it v's the XPS I have.

How cheap does that make the laptop feel? Especially the deflection? Am wondering what kind of life the laptop would have...

Test is in System and security, see the attached pics

On durability, I guess if you bang it around it will scratch and scuff up a bit, but its not flimsy.
