washine machine water not heating

    mods please move this if not in right section,,,couldnt find kitchen appliances etc

    have a fairly dear lg washine machine,,,digital clock face etc,,,,
    but its not washine right,,,the problem is that the water aint heating up in it and the white clothes are coming out dirty still

    any ideas what could be wrong

    Did you check your filters ?

    yes the one at the bottom of the machine,,,,,why aint the water heating inside thou

    What make you think it aint heating ??

    I don't know the model we're talking about here but most washers will stick on a programe if it doesnt heat, it requires hot water to operate the thermostat to tell the programer to move on, yours is completing the wash so is presumably being told to move on. :confused:
