    Hi all

I wonder can anyone help me out with some info. I have moved to Scotland and I want to claim my tax back from my previous employer in Ireland. As I am on a Leave of absence they cannot give me a P45 . Is there any other document that is accepted like a statement of earnings or some sort of a letter ?

    Thanks

P60, at the end of the year.

When is the money (including lost growth) Michael Noonan took in the Pension Levy going to be paid back?

As you are still employed, you cannot claim a refund of tax during an active tax year. You will have to wait until you receive your p60 for 2012.

Thanks guys . I would have thought I would not be still employed but that's obviously the way the company policy operates! Thanks again
