Series links have disappeared?

    Just last night "she who must be obeyed" noticed that one of the programmes she had set to record hadn't begun to record. A quick run through the channel list found the programme and she pressed the record button and choose series link. All was well.

    However before going to bed I was looking at the planner and noticed that all future series linked recordings were missing including the one the missus had series linked earlier.

    Any ideas as to what the problem would have been?

    However I set the series links again that night and the next day after the box was rebooted I had a couple of the programmes set to record twice - same time. Seems as though the rebooting cleared the problem as it's been fine since.

    I have not seen any sign of it on my Humax T2 the wife could bo with it they keep moving Fair City times

    is it a samsung smt7800 ? i have that box i had a problem where it booted froze and rebooted (thought i was going to have to send it back) then it stoppped but it had lost the recorded programs list. did a reset (where you get back to putting in the postcode) recorded programs appeared again but series link is lost
