Great forum guys, jaysus I love mustard, just discovered ye.
My current favorite mustard for sandwichy/burger/mash etc heaven is the Garlic and chili from The Green Apron in Limerick, I picked it up in the saturday milk market in the city, believe it won a rather big award recently, cannot recommend it highly enough, not sure where it's available though.
