Triax Combi skipping channels

Hi all, I bought a Triax combi for the digital switch over and intend to install a satellite dish soon. My problem at the moment is that the remote control skips channels (bounce). If I'm watching RTE1 and I scroll up, it will go to TV3 missing RTE2. This is happening too often. Is this a fault with the combi triax box or…

Hi all,

I bought a Triax combi for the digital switch over and intend to install a satellite dish soon.

My problem at the moment is that the remote control skips channels (bounce). If I'm watching RTE1 and I scroll up, it will go to TV3 missing RTE2. This is happening too often. Is this a fault with the combi triax box or should I be heading back to the shop for a replacement?
